National Register Nominations
Since 1982, we have authored hundreds of successful local, state, and federal historic property and district nominations.
Well-researched historic property nominations are important preservation tools that enable property owners to take advantage of historic tax credits and other financial incentives. At PAL, we deliver nominations that meet local, state, and federal guidelines, and our depth of experience allows us to anticipate potential issues and help navigate clients through the process.
We have an outstanding reputation among State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs) and review boards for preparing concise and accurate documentation that conforms to the National Park Service (NPS) technical guidelines for format and content. Many of our nominations have been selected as models by SHPOs and the NPS.
