We prioritize the health and safety of our employees, both in the office and on the construction site.

We encourage professional growth and continued learning through our tuition assistance program, training opportunities, and participation in industry conferences and events.

PAL offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, and a tuition assistance program.
