Sara manages all aspects of PAL’s human resources operations, including talent acquisition and orientation, coaching and mentoring, and performance management.

She is also responsible for employee benefits and relations, worker’s compensation, compliance with employment law, and other core human resources functions. Sara assists with developing and implementing policies and procedures, training and development, and employee recognition and events. 

She has more than 30 years of experience in human resources. Before joining PAL in 2024, Sara worked for a national forensic engineering firm and an international consulting firm. She received a BS in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Boston College and an MBA from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. Sara has earned the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification.
