Jill joined PAL’s Historic Preservation Team in 2020 and specializes in historic landscape and architectural surveys, National Register of Historic Places nominations, archival and photographic documentation, local inventory forms, and cultural resource management plans.
Before joining PAL, she was an intern with the National Park Service Northeast Region History Program, NPS Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation, and Minute Man National Historical Park.
Jill received a BA in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a focus in horticulture, urban forestry, and environmental policy and planning and an MA in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University. She is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
