Eric joined PAL in 2017 and has expertise in lithics (stone tool technology). He is responsible for coordinating fieldwork, supervising field staff during all phases of excavation, archival and background research, data analysis, and authoring and preparing technical reports.

He is experienced in all phases of archaeological investigations and has conducted surveys on pre-contact, post-contact, and industrial sites throughout the Northeast. 

Eric has worked in cultural resource management for over 25 years and has experience in archaeological investigations in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Southwest, and in Mexico and South America. His work has included Revolutionary War encampments and burial identifications and reinterment. 

He has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut and an MA in Military History from Norwich University.
